VNM SaaS develops and publishes mobile applications. Our services include:

• Mobile applications published on the App Store and Google Play
• Companion web services that support our applications
• User accounts for managing your experience across VNM SaaS products
• Customer support for all published applications

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Break laws or regulations in your jurisdiction
• Infringe copyrights or intellectual property rights
• Share harmful content including malware or viruses
• Hack or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Abuse support or harass other users
• Scrape or data mine without written permission
• Use the service to build competing products

Intellectual Property

Ownership and rights:

• We own VNM SaaS applications, designs, and related intellectual property
• You own the content you create and upload within our applications
• You grant us a limited license to process your content for service operation
• We respect intellectual property rights and respond to DMCA notices

Service Availability

Please note:

• Service is provided "as is" without warranties
• We do not guarantee 100% uptime
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
• We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months
• We do not guarantee data accuracy or availability

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• You can cancel your account at any time
• We may suspend accounts for terms violations
• Data deletion occurs 30 days after account closure
• Billing stops immediately upon cancellation

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms:

• Changes will be posted on this page
• Notice will be sent via email for material changes
• Continued use constitutes acceptance of new terms
